Catarratto

December 12, 2025

Catarratto is one of the most widely planted white grape varieties in Sicily, Italy. Traditionally used in the production of Marsala wine, it is also crafted into fresh, dry table wines. Known for its resilience to hot climates, Catarratto is often blended with other Sicilian grapes but is also increasingly vinified as a single varietal to showcase its character.
