Blue seems to become the main color of the upcoming winter again. Outside our windows it’s almost the middle of October, which means that only one and a half months are left before winter. We know, it seems that this is quite a lot, but if you start preparing for the winter season in advance and start updating your wardrobe now, then December can be mentally brought closer. Well, at least you’ll be able to cheer yourself up, finally going shopping for jackets and coats, and not for those shorts and tunics that already fed up with the summer heat.

So, what should you buy? Recall the color trend that was carefully selected for you at the end of the spring-summer 2022 fashion weeks. Even then it was clear that one of the main colors of the coming winter would be blue in all its variety of shades, and especially the light shades of blue.

In the JW Anderson lookbook we could notice pale blue flounced skirts, at Loewe runway show — a blue dress inspired by the paintings of Jacopo Pontormo, at Acne — blue knitted cardigans and button-down miniskirts, at Alexander McQueen — a bustier dress with a bell skirt.
