Bramble cocktail, a refreshing and tangy concoction, was created in the mid-1980s by Dick Bradsell, a renowned bartender from London. It is said to have been first crafted at the Fred’s Club in Soho, a popular haunt among the city’s cocktail enthusiasts. Bradsell’s inspiration stemmed from his desire to create a modern British cocktail that would showcase the flavors of gin.
