Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup dried figs, chopped
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, cooked quinoa, cocoa powder, chopped figs, and chocolate chips.
