  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the Crust:
    • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even layer.
    • Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
  3. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
    • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the sugar and beat until combined.
    • Add the sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing well.
