Dress Up!

Halter necks

Halter necks

As a part of the Y2K fashion, halter tops returned almost in the same way the fashionistas used to wear them back in the 2000s. High neck vests and halters with tie-back closures are the most popular among them this season. They will look equally stylish on both elegant dresses and jeans jumpsuits, giving a sportive and western touch to the whole look.

Pink

Pink dresses

Designers have found the way to turn on the heat earlier this season by adding the brightest shades of pink… a lot of pink: from Bluemarine’s baby-pink satin cords to Versace’s electric fuchsia suits. Pink has definitely concurred the spring-summer collections and, obviously, our wardrobes too!

Cargo pants

Cargo pants

Cargo pants, which are usually trendy during the cold seasons, showed up this time to surprise us in spring-summer, being as pretty as never before. Designers creatively mix cargo pants with a classy trend on satin and low rise. Very feminine in a flowy wide leg version, and still rebellious with a metal zip front, this season’s cargo pants were presented to us in a combination with crop tops and fitted sheer shirts.

Cropped cardigans

Cropped cardigans

Trendy cardigans migrated from the previous season to the current one in a quite new form — the shorter the better. However, unlike winter heavy cardigans, this time they are the way thinner and tighter. Cropped cardigans with ¾ half and full sleeves can be worn unbuttoned with crop tops, spaghetti string tops and dresses, as well as would look perfectly with low-rise jeans and trousers.

Sequins

Sequins

Christmas was shiny and bright not only because of the decorations but also because of the amount of festive sequin clothes. Why not to continue shining in a new season, showing tons of sequins in spring-summer collections. Long dresses with sequins of all possible sizes created by Givenchy and sequin decorations by Badgley Mischka would definitely suit those those of you who are not ready for flashiness. Dress up!
