Roasted Turkey With Pomegranate and Grapes

Ingredients:
- 10 lb whole turkey
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth

Recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Rinse the turkey inside and out, then pat it dry with paper towels. Place it in a roasting pan.
- Rub the turkey all over with olive oil, then season generously with salt, black pepper, minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
- Stuff the cavity with lemon quarters.
- Pour the chicken broth into the bottom of the roasting pan.
- Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for about 2 to 2.5 hours, basting occasionally with the pan juices, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- During the last 20 minutes of roasting, scatter the pomegranate seeds and grape halves around the turkey.
- Once the turkey is fully cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before carving.
- Serve the turkey garnished with the roasted pomegranate seeds and grapes.
