Zombie
Zombie is a tropical rum-based cocktail, originally created in 1934 by Donn Beach, the founder of one of the famous tiki bars in Hollywood. The legend states that this cocktail was originally made for a hung-over customer to get through a business meeting. The customer returned in several days to complain that he had been turned into a “zombie” for his entire trip. So, that’s how the cocktail got its name.
Flavor:
Zombie cocktail features a rich and complex flavor profile, blending multiple rums with tropical fruit juices, lime, and spices, resulting in a sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy taste. Its layers of flavors and potent strength make it a standout among tiki drinks.
