Canotier (fr.: rower) — a French straw hat of a rigid form with a cylindrical crown and straight fields. Since the beginning of the 20th century it has been a popular men’s hat and fashion accessory. Nowadays it is popular among both, men and women, as a summer hat.

Choosing a canotier, it is better to give preference to natural straw or raffia without dyeing and in natural colors. Thus it will protect your head from the sun and look great on you. Combine it with jeans, T-shirts, linen trouser suits, or light summer dresses.
