Overnight Oats recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)
  • ¼ cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • pinch of salt

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
