Carnivore Diet
Carnivore Diet is a diet consisting exclusively of meat, fish and other animal products (eggs and some dairy products).
Prohibited foods include all other foods, such as fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, nuts and seeds. It is also recommended to either eliminate completely or evaluate consumption of foods low in lactose – sugar, focusing on milk and dairy products such as butter and cheeses – and dairy products.
Carnivore diet at first glance looks similar to Paleo diet, however there are differences between them. Paleo diet encourages you to eat meat, but unlike the carnivore diet, it’s not the only thing on your plate. Carnivore diet in its turn abstains from all carbs.
