Why You Should Use White Eyeliner Instead of Black
White eyeliner will highlight your eyes in the same way as the classic version with black or brown arrows, but at the same time it will make your makeup brighter, your skin lighter, and your eyes more open, especially if you draw a white pencil along the inner contour of the lower eyelid.
