Cocktail Cuff, also known as casino cuff, flowback cuff, Neapolitan cuff, Portofino cuff or James Bond’s cuff, is a dress shirt’s cuff which has a similar fold back as the French cuff but is secured with buttons instead of the cufflinks.

Cocktail cuffs are not considered as standard or common ones but rather have a unique look worn by men with a particular sense of style. Popularized in the 60’s in Bond movies where Sean Connery could be seen wearing the distinctive Cocktail Cuff, definitely adding a touch of a personal style with flair. It could be considered a hybrid cuff, having attributes of the French and Barrel cuff, taking the best of both.
