Romper is a cropped lightweight jumpsuit. The term “romper” itself was coined back in 1904 by advertisers from The New York Times. By the 70s, romper was almost forgotten and supplanted by jumpsuits with long trouser-legs, but since fashion is cyclical, it is not surprising that today jumpsuits with short trouser-legs have found a second life. Romper is versatile and comfortable, and due to the variation in fabric and prints, it can be worn not only on the beach or for a walk, but also for more formal events. Rompers are suitable for both young fashionistas and those in adulthood who are also lucky to have a slim body — just give preference to a jumpsuit made of dense fabric with a closed top.
