Zucchini Parmesan Crisps would be a perfect healthy snack, as a side dish or an appetizer. Easy to cook, low-carb, and include simple ingredients.

Ingredients:
- 2 medium size zucchini, sliced into thin rounds;
- 1/2 cup egg whites;
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese;
- 1/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs;
- 1/8 tsp. salt;
- ground black pepper;
- red pepper flakes.
Recipe:
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Cover a baking sheet with the parchment paper.
2. Pour egg whites into a small bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, combine parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, salt, red pepper flakes and black pepper.
4. Dip zucchini slices in egg whites, then dip in parmesan cheese and bread crumb mix, coating it evenly on both sides.
5. Place slices onto the baking sheet and bake around 13 minutes. Flip and bake another 10 minutes, until zucchini crisps become of a golden brown color!
